A built in social scene
This project focused on creating a brand identity for a high-rise apartment complex in Manchester City Centre, emphasising its built-in international community and vibrant social scene. A key element of the branding was to highlight the unique offering of of complimentary monthly events and experiences, such as paddle boarding, painting and fitness classes, all included as part of the residents’ rent. This logo is accompanied by the creation of a sophisticated and versatile colour palette, carefully chosen to support the brand’s visual identity across all platforms and their diverse customer demographic. A key part of the project involved the design and development of a range of brand assets, with a strong emphasis on dynamic advertising to maximise tenant engagement for the numerous events. These assets included engaging content for digital advertising screens located within the apartment complex as well as email campaigns and social media posts to help improve tenant engagement, anticipation and sign-ups for events.
